Job Summary
Greet and check-in clients professionally, answer phones, field questions, and respond to emails while processing sales and retail transactions in the AXLE CRM system. Recruit and retain clients by solving problems, referring concerns appropriately, and selling memberships and class packages in-person, online, and over the phone. Maintain a clean and organized studio, lobby, and front desk, restock inventory, and assist instructors with opening and closing duties. Work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary to deliver the ultimate boutique fitness experience.
Required Qualifications

- ability to perform retail transactions accurately
- ability to maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- ability to assist Instructors in opening & closing duties
- knowledge of policies and pricing options
