Job Summary
Diagnose and perform work on maintenance and repair orders, including used car checklists and full multi-point inspections with labor estimates. Test batteries of guest vehicles and inspect new vehicles to identify necessary repairs. Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure efficient workflow and provide clear feedback on guest vehicles. Continuously learn new technical information and techniques during formal training sessions. Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic while promoting teamwork to meet guest expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Detailed knowledge of new vehicle technologies and computer skills
- Ability to be analytical and multi-task
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Consistent and stable work history and work attendance
- Professional appearance and work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred OEM experience
- Extensive knowledge/experience of vehicle repairs preferred
