Job Summary
Service-focused Main Line Technician role in Inver Grove Heights, MN, performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles to meet safety and performance standards. Duties include vehicle inspections/tests, MPI and PDI on new vehicles, communicating repair recommendations to service advisors, maintaining bays, ensuring equipment longevity, and delivering clear repair visuals (video/pictures) for every RO. Requires maintaining a valid driver's license with a clean record, adherence to dealership/manufacturer training, and ability to manage tasks, adapt to changing situations, and work flexible hours. Required Qualifications
