Main Line Master Certified Service Technician

Job Summary
Conduct multipoint and video inspections of customer vehicles to identify maintenance needs and repairs. Perform basic maintenance, light and heavy repairs, diagnosis, and warranty repairs while adhering to dealership safety and hazardous materials procedures. Maintain dealership equipment, document findings accurately, and communicate requirements to service advisors or shop foremen. Quality check own work and collaborate with associates to ensure a smooth shop flow. Stay current on manufacturer and dealership training. This full-time role involves rotating Monday through Saturday shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with potential evening, holiday, and weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 yrs prior main line experience
- Competent knowledge of automotive technology and related tools and equipment
- Certified to perform state inspections
- 4 years clear driving record- No previous DUI history or moving violations
- Valid driver's license
- No criminal background history
- High school diploma or GED
- Detail oriented with multi-tasking ability
- Good customer service focus
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable of factory vehicle repairs, tools and equipment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment
- Must be available for rotating Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Evening, Holiday and weekend work
- Must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs
