Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns in a high-volume Hyundai service shop. Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs; complete recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturer-specific services; accurately document repair orders and diagnostic findings; use Hyundai diagnostic tools and service information; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; collaborate with service advisors and other technicians; technician role supported by manufacturer-backed brand with ongoing Hyundai training and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years mainline technician experience required
- Hyundai certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
- Provide own tools and diagnostic equipment
- Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
