Main Floor Lead

Job Summary
Lead a floor team to manage and distribute work across departments, coordinating with supervision to meet production schedules and customer due dates. Maintain lean manufacturing practices with 5S cleanliness and organized department visuals; monitor and update production boards to plan, organize, and schedule work. Ensure parts are inspected for conformance to specifications, assist in resolving work problems, maintain time/attendance/production records, and report incidents to HR. Support safety training and enforce company policies within the department. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; prior manufacturing experience is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Strong inventory control skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Basic computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus
