Handle customer inquiries primarily through written Email and Chat, with some phone support, acting as the voice and digital point of contact for shoppers across Denmark. Resolve real problems including order tracking, delivery updates, damaged items, and size exchanges using standard CRM platforms and 3 to 5 internal systems. Maintain smooth, top-tier service with native or C1-level Danish and solid conversational English while working remotely from Athens.
