Job Summary
Oversee all vault personnel and ensure the safekeeping of cash, gaming chips, and numerically controlled documentation. Record transactions distributed for the casino, prepare daily paperwork, and reconcile main bank accountabilities for assigned shifts. Calculate and prepare daily bank deposits, verify cash turned in by operating departments, and review cage cashier discrepancies. Maintain adequate currency and chip reserves for daily operations and promotional events while scheduling and accepting funds from soft counts. Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies. Requires above-average oral communication, problem-solving capability, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Must obtain or maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- 10 key by touch skills
- Computer skills in Excel
- Ability to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license
- Above average oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service
