Job Summary

Distribute banks to internal guests and drop them with accuracy while protecting company assets. Handle various cash transactions, balance high volumes of currency, and count funds in the Main/Chip Bank at shift start and end. Verify jackpot fill slips, prepare fills, and deliver monies to departments or tables concerned. Maintain accountability for all entrusted funds, issue transfers, and prepare daily cash deposits. Provide excellent internal and external guest services while observing and reporting unsafe behaviors. Ensure regulatory compliance with gaming laws and company policies. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with extended hours and irregular schedules.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Six Months of previous work experience in guest services or casinos operations
  • Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • obtain and maintain a gaming license issued from the Osage Nation
  • Required to maintain a valid Driver's License
  • Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States
  • Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Travel locally, or between properties as needed
  • Maintain physical condition and stamina appropriate to performance of assigned duties
  • Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds
