Job Summary
Identify and coordinate mail, perform electronic indexing, scan processed documents, and create envelope tracking with barcodes. Maintain high-quality production by meeting hourly KPIs while providing outbound customer service. Complete tasks in accordance with metric guidelines, prioritizing daily volume requirements that may include evenings, weekends, and overtime. This role supports a leading BPM provider serving Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, telecommunications, and banking verticals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 35-40wpm, with 95% accuracy
- Basic computer literacy or ability to quickly learn
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work the hours necessary to satisfy the daily volume requirement, with the possibility of overtime, evenings and weekends
- Ability to download 2-factor authentication application(s) on personal device, in accordance with company and/or client requirements
- Must be able to pass the required pre-employment background investigation, including but not limited to, criminal history, work authorization verification and drug test
- Must be able to regularly or frequently talk and hear
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to type
- Must be able to use close vision to view and read from a computer screen and/or electronic device
- Must be able to occasionally walk
- Must be able to occasionally climb stairs
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
