Job Summary
Oversee all mailroom operations at the corporate office, including collection, sorting, distributing, and shipping. Lead the coordination of mail for the designated facilities. Receive and send mail via USPS, UPS and FedEx; requires certification in UPS Worldwide software. Sort incoming mail from stores and distribute to relevant departments; organize mail from various departments and distribute accordingly. Lead operation of postage machines. Manage and order all office supplies. Assess mail procedures for efficiencies and communicate/implement changes as necessary. Ensure mail processes are documented and adhered to. Travel required: No. Environment includes Office and Warehouse settings.
