Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Mail Production Machine Operator to support high-volume mailing operations, focusing on operating and monitoring automated mail-processing equipment to ensure accuracy and quality. Responsibilities include operating automated folding, inserting, and sorting equipment; setting up machines based on job specifications; performing quality checks; preparing mail for postal delivery; monitoring machine performance with necessary adjustments; conducting routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting; and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of machine operation or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
