MAGTF Test Analyst

Job Summary
Develop test plans, procedures, and cases for integrated Marine Air-Ground Task Force software systems, including GCCS-TCO, Agile Client, CAC2S, TAK, and CHE. Coordinate and execute formal and informal testing events, verifying system-of-systems integration and interoperability while identifying defects and gaps. Document test results, defect reports, and summary reports, tracking issues through resolution and supporting requirements traceability. Brief test status, results, and risk assessments to technical and non-technical audiences, and recommend improvements to test processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of relevant testing experience, and a Secret-level security clearance. Domestic and international travel up to 15% of the year is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in software or systems testing, preferably in a DoD environment
- Must possess a DoD 8140-approved cybersecurity certification (e.g., Security+) OR the ability to obtain certification within six months of employment
- Deep knowledge of MAGTF software systems and software, including systems such as GCCS-TCO, Agile Client, CAC2S, TAK, and CHE
- Demonstrated experience developing test plans, test procedures, and test cases for complex software systems
- Proven experience planning and running testing events, including coordinating participants, schedules, and resources
- Experience with system integration and interoperability testing across multiple interconnected systems
- Strong documentation skills, including writing defect reports, test results, and test summary reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated organizational skills, reliability, and conscientiousness in managing test schedules and resources to meet program deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- U.S. Citizenship
- A U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Secret Level
Desired Qualifications
- Prior military experience employing MAGTF command and control systems in an operational environment
- Familiarity with DoD test and evaluation processes, including developmental test (DT) and operational test (OT) events
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, DOORS, or similar)
- Familiarity with tactical data links and messaging standards used across MAGTF systems (e.g., Link 16, VMF, CoT)
- Experience with automated testing tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to support test execution
- Understanding of networking fundamentals sufficient to troubleshoot connectivity issues during test events
- Experience supporting integration labs, fielding events, or exercises with operational units
