Job Summary
Magnus Account Executive is a founding sales leader role responsible for owning enterprise revenue from day one, running full-cycle enterprise deals, building and scaling the sales organization, defining go-to-market motion, shaping value propositions with product and marketing, and recruiting/onboarding a sales team as Magnus grows. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of sales experience in agentic AI or enterprise AI platforms, deep enterprise IT buyer knowledge, a track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals at mid-to-large enterprises, and a builder mindset with comfort operating without a full playbook. Starting base pay ranges $150k-$180k, with potential bonus/equity/benefits, and the company supports a hub-hybrid-remote model with explicit in-office hub requirements and remote options within the country of hire.
