Direct Magnolia Trails Memory Care Activities program: develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences; train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations; ensure resident safety by following policies; communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education; conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families when necessary; CPR/First Aid certification required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
