Job Summary
Provide prompt service and quality beverages while maintaining a clean, comfortable environment aligned with Magnolia brand standards. Anticipate guest needs, educate them on the menu, and prepare food and drink products using approved recipes and safety guidelines. Perform cash wrap and point of sale duties efficiently, handle food storage to prevent illness, and communicate with management regarding equipment or quality issues. Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume and contribute to a positive team environment. This role reports to the Store Manager with no supervisory responsibilities and requires availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler's license required upon hire
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, special events, and holidays as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
- Proficiency in operating coffee machines and other equipment preferred
