Job Summary
Master external inspection procedures and operate relevant detection tools to verify product quality against process drawings. Diagnose general equipment faults and adjust machinery to meet production cycle requirements while identifying and resolving issues during manufacturing. Ensure all visual checks align with established production standards and technical specifications. This internship supports Magna Powertrain's global team in developing smarter, cleaner, and safer automotive powertrain systems.
Required Qualifications
- 中专及技校以上学历
- 机械加工或制造岗位工作经验
- 熟练掌握本岗位生产工艺及装备
- 能解决生产中存在的问题
- 能够熟练使用本岗位相关的各类检测器具
- 对设备结构有清晰的认知
- 对一般性设备故障能够做出判断
- 生产效率满足节拍要求
- 能够看懂工艺图纸
- 具备熟练的操作技术
- 具有较强的责任心
