Job Summary
Manage and maintain Magento/Shopify-based eCommerce websites, including updating product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, categories, and attributes to ensure accuracy and customer-friendliness. Monitor stock visibility, merchandising presentation, and the shopping cart/checkout process to facilitate smooth purchases, while escalating cart, payment, or checkout issues to developers for resolution. Perform regular quality assurance checks on product pages, navigation, search functionality, promotions, mobile responsiveness, and website usability, reporting bugs and errors until fixed. Coordinate website updates, track outstanding issues, and maintain organized reporting and task tracking in Trello following established company SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Shopify / Magento / Adobe Commerce (Magento 2 preferred)
- Experience managing eCommerce product catalogs
- Strong understanding of the customer shopping experience and online store operations
- Experience with website QA and testing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow structured procedures
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with multi-store or international eCommerce websites
- Basic understanding of SEO, merchandising, and conversion optimization
- Experience coordinating with developers and managing website-related projects
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and task management systems
