Job Summary
Manage stock operations including receiving and expediting goods, controlling delivery conformity, and preparing orders according to quality and safety procedures. Distribute parts to technicians from the counter, unload materials with appropriate equipment, and record inventory movements via GMAO software. Organize, store, and condition materials while conducting periodic inventories and maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and order. Adhere to safety regulations, report anomalies, and utilize forklifts requiring specific habilitation. Full-time 39-hour day shift with a 4-month renewable contract; salary starts at 2200€ gross monthly. Located in Somain, part of a small railway transformation firm renovating passenger trains into luxury hotel trains.
Required Qualifications
- Formation Bac à Bac +2 (Bac Pro Logistique - TP technicien supérieur en méthodes et exploitation logistique - BTS gestion des transports et logistique associée)
- Savoir gérer les stocks et les approvisionnements
- Savoir utiliser un engin nécessitant une habilitation
- Maîtriser les logiciels de Gestion de stocks (GMAO Carl)
- Connaître les techniques d'inventaire
- Connaitre les règles de manutention en sécurité (gestes et postures)
- Connaître et respecter les règles et consignes de sécurité (risques chimiques par exemple)
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), méthodique, soigné(e)
- Vous savez travailler en autonomie et en équipe
- Vous êtes polyvalent(e)
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'adaptation à des produits techniques
- Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel et de la communication
- Vous êtes capable de détecter une situation anormale et d'informer
Desired Qualifications
- La possession du CACES R485 catégorie 2 et R489 catégorie 3 serait appréciée
