Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized styling advice, curated product recommendations, and proactive outreach to build lasting client relationships. Contribute to upholding an extraordinary service culture where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued through seamless interactions and personalized follow-ups. Actively participate in sharing product knowledge, styling tips, and current trends to inspire both customers and team members while building strong relationships with peers and leadership. Understand and act on store performance metrics to influence selling and styling decisions, capitalizing on walk-in traffic to maximize sales and drive incremental revenue toward company and store goals. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the store.
