Job Summary
Contribute to upholding an extraordinary service culture by offering personalized styling advice and curated product recommendations to elevate the customer experience. Build lasting relationships through outreach, networking, and personalized follow-ups while using technology to provide a seamless experience. Capitalize on walk-in traffic and identify opportunities to maximize sales in partnership with store leadership to drive incremental sales. Actively participate in sharing product knowledge, styling tips, and current trends to inspire both customers and team members. Understand and act on store performance metrics to influence selling and styling decisions. Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
