Made to Measure consultant

Conduct initial consultations for Made to Measure clients, taking precise measurements, completing order forms, and guiding clients through the fitting and collection process. Manage client expectations, handle complaints with empathy, and offer hospitality while maintaining a high standard of personal presentation and store hygiene. Execute sales and orders on the till system, book appointments, and support the MTM Coordinator with accurate record-keeping and stock audits. Drive sales growth by introducing additional products to raise ATV and UPT, actively participating in company events and networking opportunities. Meet weekly focus targets for orders and collections to secure future success, while adhering to GDPR standards and store scheduling.
