Job Summary
Maconomy Support SME at Kyndryl responsible for ERP support and incident triage across Maconomy Financials modules (AP/AR/GL/FA/HR, etc.). Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents, communicate with users, create user-friendly documentation, and contribute to the development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, and deployment. Provide accurate work estimates, guide features/technologies, and escalate unresolved issues while maintaining ownership. Hybrid-focused role with multiple India locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune, and Greater Noida; collaboration across ITIL-aligned processes and DevOps practices to deliver cloud-based managed services.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in a Support Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience in ERP system support, particularly Maconomy
- Comprehensive knowledge of Maconomy Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, HR, Sales Orders, Timesheets, Expenses, Contract Management, Subscriptions, Reporting, Banking)
- Hands-on experience with ticketing/incident tracking systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices (ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Certification in one or more hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) preferred; certifications may be obtained with Kyndryl
- Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis and effective solutions
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and deadlines
