Job Summary
Program, set up, and operate Giddings & Lewis Horizontal RT 1250 machines with Fanuc controllers using FeatureCam 2025 to manufacture parts to exact specifications. Create setups and fixturing, select tooling, and read blueprints to plan efficient manufacturing processes. Check diameters and dimensions using precision measuring equipment, maintain shop equipment, and use overhead cranes for safe material handling. Perform metric conversions and assist in establishing procedures to improve production efficiency. First shift opportunity in Sheboygan Falls, WI, with a rate of $40/hour plus per diem for travel. Requires three years of machinist experience and strong knowledge of Mazatrol or similar software.
