Job Summary

Seeking skilled professionals in tool and die trades, machinists, and CNC operators for precision machining and fabrication in aerospace and defense manufacturing.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in tool & die, machinist, CNC, and 5 Axis machine operators, preferably within the aerospace, defense or similar high-precision manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of tooling concepts, materials, and heat treatment processes
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, technical drawings and GD&T
Expertise in operation manual and CNC machining equipment
Exceptional attention to detail and precision in workmanship
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
