Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in tool & die, machinist, CNC, and 5 Axis machine operators, preferably within the aerospace, defense or similar high-precision manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of tooling concepts, materials, and heat treatment processes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, technical drawings and GD&T
- Expertise in operation manual and CNC machining equipment
