Job Summary
Conduct machining operations on turning and machining centers, reading engineering drawings and using inspection equipment to perform first piece inspections. Program and operate tools using G and M code, Mazatrol, and GibbsCam/Fusion software while managing tool and set-up functions for weldments, castings, and various materials. Apply proactive problem-solving skills to maintain tight tolerances across small quantity to large run contract manufacturing projects.
Required Qualifications
- Turning center / Machining center experience
- Read engineering drawings/prints
- Use inspection equipment
- Understanding Metric and Imperial measurements
- Understanding of G and M code, & Mazatrol programming
- First piece inspections
- Tool and set up functions
- GibbsCam/Fusion
- U.S. Work Authorization
