Job Summary
Machinist needed to set up, program, and operate workshop machines to manufacture precision components from technical drawings. Responsibilities include using appropriate tools, operating heavy-duty equipment, performing installations and maintenance per procedures, conducting testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.), obtaining necessary permits, maintaining safety compliance, coordinating with Supervisors on technical issues, and ensuring quality and timely completion. Requirements include extensive Oil & Gas maintenance experience (8+ years), appropriate qualifications (High School or Diploma) and certified competency, familiarity with manual lathe, milling, drilling and CNC may be preferred, and English communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance
- High School or Diploma
- Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
- Experience operating workshop machines (lathe, grinders, milling machines, drilling, boring, CNC experience preferred)
- Ability to interpret cross-sectional and dimensional drawings
- Proficiency in English communication
