Job Summary
Analyze, design, and manufacture complex components using machine tool equipment while adhering to safety protocols for industrial machinery and energy sources. Identify and report hazards, utilize proper PPE, and promote a culture of safety and accountability. Champion environmental responsibility by minimizing negative impacts to support organizational sustainability goals. Provide feedback on equipment failure analysis to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency. Lead precision manufacturing with CNC and other tools to ensure timely, accurate production supporting delivery targets. Mentor less experienced colleagues to foster skill development and strengthen team performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify production constraints, schedule maintenance, and implement solutions. Participate in TPM initiatives and training to optimize safety, quality, and workflow.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with CNC and other machine tools
- Thorough understanding of protocols for working safely with industrial equipment, electricity, and other energy sources
- Ability to identify and report hazards
- Use of proper PPE
- Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Involvement in equipment failure analysis
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration to identify constraints and schedule maintenance
