Job Summary
Operate all machines in a production cell with little or no assistance, inspecting work against prints and maintaining exceptional quality on all parts. Maximize set-ups and tooling while utilizing cycle time to exceed production rates, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance as requested. Load parts into machines, run operations, and remove finished components, adhering to safety, 5S, and line-of-sight requirements. Assist in training cell personnel when needed and seek continuous improvement opportunities. Stand for up to 10 hours daily, walking up to 2 hours and lifting parts up to 50 pounds. Requires a high school diploma, minimum two years of shop experience, and ability to work 10–12 hour shifts.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar shop setting
- Ability to load a part into a machine
- Ability to run the machine
- Ability to remove the part
- Ability to inspect
- Must meet quality expectations
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance
- Good Communication Skills
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to carry parts up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand 10 hours per day
- Ability to walk up to 2 hours per day
- Ability to bend, squat, and crawl
- Ability to reach out from body up to 24 inches holding up to 20 pounds
- Ability to push up to 36 lbs. Force
- Ability to lift at waist level up to 24 lbs. frequently/up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to carry up to 35 lbs. (parts and tools)
- Ability to lift to/from floor level (parts) 50 lbs.
