Job Summary
Operate CNC horizontal machining centers on the 2nd shift, including setting up and loading/unloading work fixtures, adjusting cutting tools, and loading CNC programs. Safely follow standard work processes, record data, and inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain equipment and report malfunctions; read drawings and interpret CNC programs to ensure part quality and process efficiency. Requires 1–3 years of CNC experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; NIMS CNC certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail, safety adherence, and the ability to work in a shop environment with varying noise levels and physical demands.
Required Qualifications
