Job Summary
Conduct complex machining and assembly operations to production standards using automatic, semi-automatic, and manual equipment including milling, lathe, and drill press. Produce simple sketches describing machining sequences when required and read complex blueprints to determine operation types and required sequences. Set up and run operations on all machine types while working to extremely close tolerances and maintaining data records. Perform drilling, pinning, riveting, and assembly tasks including sheet metal and aluminum repairs, ensuring compliance with all Company safety regulations, SOPs, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, non-hazardous work environment and adhere to applicable military specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years directly related experience and/or training
- Able to use a variety of precision measuring instruments
- Experience with sheet metal & aluminum repairs
- Welding experience helpful
- Experience with hand tools
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC
- Being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
- Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
- Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
- Understand and follow Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
- Manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
