Machinist (Experienced)

Operate assigned machines efficiently with minimal rejects and downtime while inspecting parts against required specifications. Maintain machine cleanliness, fluids, filters, material, and tooling, and install or adjust cutting tools and work holding components. Apply root cause analysis to solve common machine problems. This role requires spending the first 3–6 months on the 1st shift (7:00 am–4:00 pm), followed by rotating to either the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) or 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:30 am) every 3–6 months.
