Download programs into manual, semi-automatic, and automatic mills, lathes, and related machines employing recognized tooling and procedures. Work from detailed instructions, standard coding, and operational data to change tools, position work pieces, and orient spindles. Adjust machine and fixture stops to maintain tolerance requirements, interpret part drawings, and use measuring instruments to inspect work. Recognize and report machine malfunctions, de-burr parts, perform final inspections, complete paperwork, and prepare finished parts for transport. Operate control consoles to check work positions at specified reference points. This third-shift position (11pm-7am) offers an hourly rate starting at $21.97 plus a shift differential. Candidates need a high school education or GED, with diversified manufacturing experience and a working knowledge of numerically controlled machines preferred.
