Job Summary
In this role, you will operate and troubleshoot Swiss type CNC lathes to produce high precision medical device components, ensuring high quality through meticulous setup, tool changes, and inspections. You will interpret engineering drawings and complete necessary documentation for manufacturing and quality compliance. Collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams is crucial for continuous improvement efforts. This position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating Swiss type CNC equipment in a production environment
- Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances on small high precision part
- Strong working knowledge of GD and T and blueprint interpretation
- Experience performing inspections and documenting results
- A detail oriented approach and a quality first mindset
