Machinist

Machinist sought to set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC machinery to produce precision metal and plastic components. Responsibilities include selecting tools and speeds/feeds, machining operations (milling, turning, drilling, tapping, boring, facing, thread cutting), measuring parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, verifying parts against drawings and specifications, and ensuring quality and process improvements. Works with engineering and quality teams to document results, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support production flow with accurate documentation; willingness to work overtime and adhere to PPE and safety guidelines.
