Job Summary
Machinist and CNC Operator needed to set up, operate, and support CNC and conventional machining to produce precision components per engineering drawings. Responsibilities include loading materials, programming and operating CNC mills/lathe/router, reading blueprints, performing machine offsets, inspecting parts with calipers and micrometers, deburring and packing finished parts, maintaining a clean workstation, and upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced shop. Requires 5+ years CNC machining experience, Fusion 360 or Mastercam programming, strong knowledge of machining processes, ability to read engineering drawings with basic tolerances, and the ability to stand for extended periods. High school diploma required; vocational CNC training or certifications preferred.

- Ability to read blueprints and interpret tolerances
- Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) and quality inspection
- Knowledge of CAM software workflows and CNC programming concepts
