Job Summary
Machinist A for Weekend/Weekday Shift in Northfield, NH. Responsible for completing all set-ups and operating equipment (3-axis cell) to meet production requirements, performing complex set-ups and program development, collaborating during NPI to optimize procedures, suggesting tooling/fixtures to improve efficiency, loading/feeding machines, maintaining production flow, conducting first piece and in-process inspections, recording parts in ERP, following production checklists and work instructions, recalling and interpreting CMM programs and data, operating CMMs, and ensuring data integrity. Role includes FDA/ISO 13485 environment exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to safety and quality standards; two 12-hour weekend shifts plus two 8-hour weekday shifts with a 20% shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- trade school graduate preferred
- 5+ years manufacturing experience
- setting-up and operating manual and/or CNC equipment
- familiarity with CMM and ERP systems
