Job Summary
Machinist on 3rd shift responsible for setting up CNC machines with basic 3-axis programs, reading blueprints, loading programs, establishing work holding positions, and making minor program edits. Responsibilities include editing feed rates to achieve appropriate SFM, interpreting MOM per routing, replacing dull tooling before failure, completing required paperwork (Job Traveler, VISTA), and maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires physical stamina (lift up to 25 pounds, stand during shift) and familiarity with GD&T and tooling concepts. Work hours are 9:00 PM–5:30 AM, Monday through Friday, in Mukwonago, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: hands-on experience with CNC Machines
- Experience reading GD&T drawings
- Ability to read blueprints and MOM per routing
- Ability to set-up and adjust work holding devises
- Ability to understand industrial math
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand 100% of the workday
