Job Summary
Setup and operate CNC Machine Tools, including Horizontal Machining Centers, Turning Centers, and Mill-Turn Machines, to machine complex parts from various materials. Read engineering drawings, perform CNC program editing in G&M code format, and execute routine machine maintenance. Identify and record product quality problems, verify solution implementation, and control processing of non-conforming products until defects are corrected. Inspect manufactured parts and own or purchase necessary tools of the trade. This second shift role in St. Joseph's small batch production environment requires detail orientation and above-average problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to own or purchase all necessary tools of the trade
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman's Certificate or 8+ years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with FANUC or Mitsubishi controls
- Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Experience in a medical manufacturing environment
