Machining Heat Treat Team Member

Machining Heat Treat Team Member performs assigned duties in a safe, efficient, and timely manner within the HTGP environment. Follows HTGP policies and procedures, including TS16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards; adheres to 5S and safety practices; conducts daily inspections to HTGP standards; understands and executes SOPs; maintains production quality and meets department goals; participates in training of new or existing team members; communicates effectively with leadership and teammates; rotates shifts and accepts OT as needed to support operations; emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and continuous improvement in line with HTGP core values.
