Job Summary
Support CNC machining operations to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production output by applying hands-on expertise in tooling, setup, and basic CNC programming. Analyze performance metrics such as OEE and cycle times to identify and implement improvement opportunities, while troubleshooting machining issues and production interruptions to minimize downtime. Optimize tooling strategies, tool life, and cutting data to improve cost and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Lead structured problem-solving initiatives to address root causes and prevent recurrence, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards including machine guarding and QMS requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including NPI and process enhancements, to drive operational excellence.
