Job Summary

Machining Center Operator needed to safely and efficiently operate CNC machines (lathes, mills) and heat treatment equipment to produce parts for forestry equipment. Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC machines, loading parts with cranes, aligning holding fixtures and cutting tools, measuring dimensions with micrometers and calipers to ensure tolerances, maintaining machines and tooling, and troubleshooting equipment. Must adapt to a changing work environment, collaborate with coworkers, communicate effectively, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for shifts. Shift: Afternoon, Monday–Thursday, with a $3.00 per four-afternoon shift premium. Required Qualifications

  • Experience setting up, editing programs and operating CNC machining systems such as mills, lathes and 5-axis machines
