Job Summary
Inspect incoming billets and materials for quality, then stock and organize inventory. Operate CNC machinery safely to machine parts according to customer specifications and required tolerances. Utilize precision measuring equipment including Vision Measuring Systems, calipers, and micrometers to ensure accuracy. Set up machine programs based on seal type specifications and read production orders to complete required documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting overall production objectives. This role involves routine overtime, short-notice call-ins, and weekend availability as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Willingness to work overtime, including short-notice overtime and occasional weekend call-ins as business needs require
- Ability to routinely lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to see and hear clearly, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to accurately read measuring devices and inspect small components

- Manufacturing, machining, CNC operation, or quality inspection experience
