Job Summary
Machine Tender responsible for assembling, measuring, weighing, labeling, counting, blending, tracking, inspecting, packaging, and palletizing various products or materials. Rotate to operate multiple machines fabricating products, set up and dismantle equipment, use hand and power tools to finish edges and trim molds, and perform routine maintenance or cleaning. Operate a forklift to move and store products and load/unload trucks, enter information into computer software, and monitor for quality and unusual operating conditions. Willing to adapt work schedule to company needs; opportunities include education reimbursement and leadership development. Shifts available: 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5:00am-3:30pm) and 3rd shift (Sun night-Fri morning 9:00pm-5:30am) at Le Sueur, MN facility. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk/sit/stand up to 12 hours, and comply with PPE requirements. Industry-leading benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of relevant work experience
- Minimum Education: Reading and understanding English language work instructions and some computer use
