Job Summary
Packsize Machine Technician role focused on installing, configuring, and maintaining Packsize equipment at customer facilities. Responsibilities include start-up testing, customer training on product capabilities, troubleshooting using technical drawings, routine maintenance and emergency service, KPI-driven machine performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration with R&D/Software/Quality Engineering, and ensuring safety protocols. Must be able to operate at customer sites during night shift with travel, maintain strong customer relationships, and prepare technical reports and administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred
- willingness to travel
- ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- experience with hand tools and mechanical platforms
- ability to work independently or with limited supervision
- excellent customer service and communication skills
