Job Summary
Complete assigned repair jobs on equipment, removing and installing parts, disassembling and assembling components, and testing assemblies to meet flat rate times. Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies. Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules while accurately completing related paperwork and accessing databases for work orders, parts orders, and safety protocols. Operate field vehicles and forklifts after obtaining necessary certifications, providing accurate information to management for quoting. Requires general knowledge of engines, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems along with proficiency in hand tools, diagnostic software, and cranes. Must be at least 21 years old to operate field vehicles and successfully complete a Work steps assessment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Must be at least 21 to be assigned and operate field vehicle
- Successfully complete Work steps assessment
- Will be certified prior to operating a forklift and/or man lift
- May be required to complete DOT physical
- May require MSHA certification
- Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work, required overtime and on-call
- Regularly required to stand

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
