Job Summary
Sort and distribute tray tags and pallet placards while placing mail from the sorting machine into appropriate trays. Ensure trays have correct tray tags and record reporting on production data. Lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more, working in a standing position with frequent bending, twisting, and pulling. Maintain strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities under time constraints. Work 10-hour shifts, including the 6 PM to 4:45 AM slot, with flexible days and weekends as needed. Basic computer skills and communication abilities required. Moore is the leading nonprofit fundraising and branding organization using mail, DRTV, digital, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work from 6 PM am until 4:45 AM
- Must be able to work flexible days during the week and weekends (when necessary)
- Basic communication and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure of time constraints
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and occasionally more than 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods throughout each shift
- Flexible with scheduled work hours
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation
