Job Summary
Oversee production in a 2nd shift machine shop (CNC milling and lathe) and supervise operations to ensure efficiency, quality and safety. Responsibilities include training employees on company processes, assigning work using scheduling software, maintaining productivity, time and attendance, providing a safe workplace, evaluating productivity and quality, communicating with other departments, scheduling time off while maintaining production, administering disciplinary action when required, locking the building and setting security, maintaining the Skills Matrix, and completing performance evaluations. Requires experience supervising in manufacturing, CNC/Milling & Lathe with G-code editing, and blueprint interpretation. Shift runs Mon-Fri 5:30pm-2:30am. Required Qualifications
- 3 years of verifiable supervisor experience in a manufacturing facility
- Experience with CNC Milling & Lathe Centers with the ability and understanding to setup and make G-code editing at the machine
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
