Job Summary
Operate production equipment including sheet metal punching, forming, drilling, tapping, cutting, bending, and sanding machines to cut and prepare metal parts according to specifications. Use saws and milling machines to execute fabrication tasks while collaborating with other departments to ensure production goals and quality standards are met. Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Requires ability to read blueprints and schematics, familiarity with power tools, and fluency in English. Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm schedule with $18-$20 hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer machine shop experience and familiarity with manufacturing and power tools
- Automotive, construction and other manufacturing relevant experience welcome
- Metal fabrication a plus
